The signal is strongest in the living room. It doesn't quite reach the terrace.

• No smoking indoors
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am
• Only the booked guests may stay overnight
• Sort the waste as described in this guide
• Keep it quiet on the terrace and in the garden, out of respect for the neighbours
• Close the windows and doors when you leave
• Turn the heating down when you open a window

The wooden staircase carries sound through the building. After midnight, socks on the way up are appreciated.

Parking Vrijdagmarkt is a 4-minute walk away and costs around €18 per day. The whole neighbourhood is pedestrianised, so loading is fine but parking is not.

The bags are under the kitchen sink. Only put them out after 7 pm the evening before collection, otherwise the city fines us.
